Linxon is a joint venture company set up by SNC-Lavalin and ABB* to deliver turnkey electrical AC substation projects. Linxon undertakes turnkey electrical alternating current substation projects related to renewable and conventional power generation, power transmission and transportation solutions. Turnkey solutions includes project design, engineering, procurement, construction, management, commissioning and after-sales support.
* ABB separated the Power Grids business and formed in July 1, 2020 a Joint Venture with Hitachi, named Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The interest in Linxon is now carried on by Hitachi ABB Power Grids.
